At the beginning of your study program you've learned the fundamentals of marketing-management and the concept of the 4 p´s (product, price, promotion and placement). Now we will explore details about one of the most important requirements of a modern profit company or non profit institution: corporate communication.

You will get consolidated knowledge about background, character and variety of instruments in Corporate Communication. You will develop the stakeholder-oriented approach of corporate communication and therefore the difference between marketing communication and corporate communication. And you will get information and skills about selected instruments like internal communication, crisis communication, content marketing and CSR-/Sustainability-Communication. Additionally all students train their skills in preparing and presenting communication topics in front of the audience.
