The university's largest Faculty is getting a new home. The new department of architecture and construction with its four faculties (architecture, civil engineering, digital design and e2d) moves to Prinz Karl Campus. The building should not only generate workspace for the faculty, it should set an outstanding example of „New Work“. The Campus must serve as a lighthouse project of construction work and sustainable design. In teams of four students each, we want to develop high-quality Architecture for our new faculty building. The task is to design a Campus with a high-end technical and sustainable design. Today’s robot production and state of the art technology allows individual construction solutions giving the building and its users an identity.
