COURSE SUMMARY:
ADVANCED M&A MANAGEMENT - VALUATION & CASE STUDIES
COURSE METHODOLOGY
The Course Advanced M&A Management - Valuation and Case Studies supplements the Intensive Lectures on Advanced M&A-Management with a rich set of M&A case studies realized lately. The course will provide an in-depth learning experience.
Student groups will discuss and prepare their case studies and course work based on the course learnings, reading material and case study material, answering the distinct assignment questions. Effective case work requires widespread and active participation of all group members and a thorough reading of the provided case material, as well as the mandatory and supplementary articles. A good deal of thought about the specific M&A case situation and industry ecosystem is requested.
