Lectures will take place on Wednesday mornings and afternoons beginning mid May. The course is held by Prof. Dr. Dr. Carolin Palmer.
The aims of this course are to
- Understand the main tasks of the Human Resources Department and People Leadership
- Be able to conduct tasks such as staff planning, preparing job profiles for the hiring of candidates and determining performance goals
- Combine all contents in order to
solve case studies and real life HR related tasks from a mangement perspective
- Know about intercultural aspects of teams and international issues of organisations
- Be able to suggest organisational adaptions in order to achieve strategic goals, such as staff retainment, development and transformation
